Adam has this narrative in many of his films which is short:

People lost faith in politicians and the reason was that ideologies or ideas they implemented failed. As a result a new way of looking at things become dominant, the new view was that politicians should just act like managers, they shouldn't come up with ideas to try and implement, they should just keep things going smoothly.


What slavoj says is that the above is just another idea that now has failed and even worse, it has made ideology stronger because the above gave the impression that ideologies are no more in use when in fact they are. So it made people oblivious to the ideologies they have and are influenced by everyday.
