It still says i have the normal connection speed but I'm lucky if I can load a page at all and now suddenly minichan loads fast but nothing else. Also Google warned me that my connection may not be private. Any suggestions?

Minichan would load much faster than other websites, cause it's so damn lightweight (thanks r04r!)

try a proxy, maybe search for "unblock youtube" or something like that. I was able to watch youtube way faster when my fucked out ISP was delivering it poorly exclusively for some reason

Yeah if the computer says the speed is normal that just means it's communicating with the router normally.
