About all I will say re amount is
To cover my loss I have to quickly sell one Condo that is a Rental or one of the houses I lease out. 95% Chance its the Condo because the value of the houses is worth more then the actual value of a house itself so thinking out loud in print it has to be the Condo which I have multiple emotional attachments2

The market here is a Sellers Market so it should be super easy and I just need to explore a way to avoid using an agent - Maybe get one of my banks to find a needy quality client or or hummmmm could just sell it to one of the companies that leases the houses - Naw they don't want to manage stuff that an employee occupies - Issues I have NOT considered cause I could see no way to lose on the bet
