No clue who took that photo but from personal experience with Thyme. I use a lot of Thyme in my cooking - Mostly Bar-B-Q. I buy it in bulk and place it in a plastic bag.
Getting it out of that plastic is NOT easy. Static charge and the stuff sticks to my hands just like the photo and a high percent ends up stuck inside the plastic bag.
Bulk because its fresher than the bottle stuff that sits on a shelf for long time + ITS much less expensive - Bet over the years I have saved $5 or so.
