Since I "upgraded" to Xfinity. Yeah, it's faster, but I suddenly lose the connection for up to a minute fairly often. Too often. Anybody have any idea as to what could be causing this? :(

I left them because of the unbeluevablely shifty connection. On Verizon, albeit not as fast, but I haven't had to turn off my router/restart it once yet.

Your jitter is a little high (no biggie), no packet loss, hmm..
Update your router and wireless card, its best to rule out any local possibilities before you think about contacting Comcast, even check all the wires and shit. If you still have problems, definitely contact Comcast. Though it seems reasonable to think the problem is in their network considering you didn't have any problems before, its best to double check your local network. They might actually listen if you tell them you've gone through all the trouble of double checking your stuff.
