The often reported low approval rating of Congress, which wasn't reported prior to the GOP taking control is a remarkably meaningless figure. It's meaningless because the libs disapprove of what the GOP does and the Conservatives disapprove of what the Dems do.
As such, neither side is going to approve of congress because a blanket approval would mean approving of the side you don't Like.
But the Lamestream media doesn't have an alternate aspect. More and more people are seeing it as bias and very selective it what it reports as well as the way it reports what it does select. I don't pretend to be neutral in political matters and it is neither my job or my inclination to be neutral and THAT is the difference. It's my forum and I express my views and allow opposing views to be expressed. Yes I argue against them and pan them but those opposing views are allowed.
Now compare that to BSNBC which masquerades as a News Source but never allows a descending voice. CNN,CBS, NBC,ABC, all do the same.
The fact is that the Lamestream Media has ties to the democrats that even go beyond having the CEO of the multinational corporation that owns one of these outlets in 0bama's cabinet. They are virtually married to each other , sometimes in the literal sense with the spouses of inners circle democrats working for the media outlets and in some cases on the board of the network itself.
The trust in the media is on a downward spiral and it doesn't seem to care. Rather like Joseph Goebbels, They likely believe that they will be the only source of information and truth simply won't matter anymore.
