4. Stop trying to debate with your NHS councellors to prove a point all the damn time. Just play along and 'Keep It Simple Stupid'(K.I.S.S). If an 80 IQ thug can manage to woo a parole board; it's even easier for a person of your intellect to woo the NHS/council watching over you.
5. Related to point 4 but play along with the NHS/autism staff they set you up with. They literally hand out easy tier jobs that you can save up for your surgery.
6. Be apologetic and play the part with the NHS. Gullible people like that LOVE a redemption story. Think of it as this, how happy do you become when somebody follows and appreciates aspergian literature? Take that and times it for 10x for every person they manage to make in to a "decent" person.
7. Stop letting your self-esteem be affected by the internet and learn to detach yourself.
