When the rodent attacked me about Vietnam it was a personal attack on me. Had he generalized about Nam Vets or ANY American veteran his ass would have been booted on the spot . I'll defend my record and myself on ANY subject but disparagement of American Veterans as a group (defined by conflict or service) will NEVER be tolerated.

His attack on Mrs. R and another lady posting here made his ban permanent. I let him post for a while as a punching bag but he just got more and more boring.

I think there was a time when Kings of countries over ate just to look like an image of wealth.
Currently I am on a PUSH to cut a bit of pregnancy in belly cause every year I gain 5 to 7 pounds from Oct to Dec re parties n such all Holiday stuff - This year with lots of Gym time added cause new work stuff has me on my back a lot under racks of electronics and I found myself just not limber enough after all these years - 3 Months of serious added Gym time and I am almost there and I think I have maybe 1/16 inch of belly fat to go and then then I am not sure what I will do cause I do not want to drop below a set point but I DARE not stop working out
I am surrounded by a mix of shocking in shape girls n guys and SHOCKING out of shape piles of Blubber men and women
