here's the thing, since i've become a woman my salary hasn't changed at all. i'm getting paid the same as i was before. so, women earning less than men is debunked. then why do they claim they earn less? well, when i became a woman i had to donate to the matriarchy. they don't tell you this, but that's what you're doing when you buy tampons. we don't even use them. they're just for show so we women can secretly promote the decline of men. it's the only thing that makes sense. and of course then women claim they earn less because so much money is spent on tampons. i'm sorry, ladies, i do agree that men are pigs and we don't need them (seriously, half of us have penises now) and that the matriarchy will one day rule the world, but there's no reason to make anyone but transwomen appear to be marginalized.thanks

Serious question: if women earn 22% less (or whatever) compared to men for the same work, why don't greedy capitalists employ only women and save 22% on labor expense?

That's what you consider a 'serious question'? Jesus Christ no wonder the world is fucked. Anyway, the answer is that when women earn less it's because they either can't do the job that men do or at least cant do it to the same standard or with the same speed. And so it would be self-harming for a 'greedy capitalist' to employ only women since he would be getting much less productivity for his money. To put it in terms you might understand - he is paying them 22% less because their work takes 22% longer. And in business, time is money.
