Both Fox News and I have decided to discount and eliminate two polls in Real Clear Politics poll of polls
LA Times/USC and IBD/TIPP Tracking. Both are considered outlines and each shows Clinton and Trump neck to neck. Those numbers cannot be reconciled with the Battleground State polls.
