make an order= "the soda moments" vs "the not soda moments" ... start underpinning each type of behaviour

I just had a handful of Norcos and downed it with some vodka. We'll see how those withdrawals work out. I'm pretty sure Pepsi withdrawals are going seem pretty tame in the morning.

USAmericans drink disgustingly large sodas. 1/2 gallon large sodas from McDonalds with weird looking little bottom sections so that these giant cups can fit in their car cup holders. Who am I kidding, they fit in their obesity mobility scooter cup holders.

there is the submissive (flight / addicted) spirit and there is the controlling (fight relax, noradrenaline) spirit.

Control consumption accordingly

substance abuse is about control. If you loose control, make sure you survive: eat well, taking sleeping medication so you bio, see that your willing to learn fast, make sure you got a protector, engage in all these actions, make sure you'r part of a collective, order and clean every thing you can, try apply structure to your life, make a detailed plan for the future starting now - hour by hour -, structure your past - make sure you have an oversight - if it is not to depressive - make sure you got the general periods right -, make sure you aim at power of all sorts - at least make the aim for power no matter how evil or good - (find a crew where you can do nasty shit or where is allowed or tolerated - ; attack guilty feelings: this done trough aiming at power (i told power is important dag) - try to make friend by engaging in a give and take relationship (make sure if you give something (christens) that you get something in return. Then aim at control and start underpinning the addictive behaviour. Do some research about mental underpinning of behaviours. Make a state where you are engaging in the addictive behaviour and another state where your not engaging in the addictive behaviour and thus creating choice and control over the addiction. With training over time let slowly go of one of the states.
