When you say "bleach" do you mean "an aqueous solution of 4% sodium hypochlorite" or "BleachBit free and open source disc cleaning software"? I am very confused as to what you mean by "bleach" in the context of email servers.

I mean they literally doused it in bleach. Just the whole thing. When the outer shell was melted away, they sucked out all of the emails with a hoover.

They probably looked up his mothers maiden name and password recovered it into their possession, like what happened to Sarah Palin. Or got hold of some other account and found out that he uses the same password everywhere
