Was wondering what people who are post-phallo with no internal erectile devices do for erections? Would wearing a condom be enough? I've also heard that different procedures result in different levels of stiffness of the neophallus.
On a different note, has anyone had or know of anyone who's had phalloplasty in Thailand?
I did find this though: http://www.theelator.com/ could be interesting to maintain an erection without covering it, and if as it says it can be slipped on as easy as a condom.

Check with becky. She will tell you all you need is 1 to 2 inches at the most. Get a penis reduction. Women get boobs reduced all the time.
