Kensington Orbit™ trackball with scroll ring. This is the most comfortable mouse ever. The scroll ring is my favorite feature. You can scroll like 3x faster than a regular scroll wheel but still have precision scrolling line by line.

The same way you play video games with a mouse. You actually get faster and more precise movement with a trackball. Honestly after a few years using the trackball, a mouse just feels retarded.
