Look at it this way: the IRS has the authority to prosecute tax evasion, and they also have Trump's tax returns. They have not prosecuted Trump for tax evasion. That means either 1) he paid all the taxes he owes or 2) he is too powerful for the IRS to challenge.

Having been through a few audits with IRS - They were totally professional EXCEPT for one Asshole on the Phone with threats to freeze my bank accounts. One advantage of all that dancing I do is the variety of people with different careers. I jitterbug dance with a High Mucky muck gal - She sets up high level stings for IRS. Really expensive operations - Fake companies even in foreign countries to trap bad American's cheating on tax's. She gave me the low down that really is no different than any other business.
You see an opportunity to make money and you need people to do that and the overhead cost. So Audits have to end up with a high chance of return on investment. Trump says he gets audited every years for Decades?
Must be one hell of a team of agents studying his business practices. I have even more experience with Public Auditing/Accounting companies.
One thing I am sure of. If its true he is under audit? Its so easy to slow down the process on his end and draw it out - Could even b that he is the one that leaked that 1995 return in order to get all he wants out OUT -
On the other hand who wants to admit loss of One Billion and still get called a top notch businessman.
