i checked snopes. it's literally true. well, the fact there's a lawsuit being filed by a girl claiming he raped her a a Millionaire Party in the 90s when she was 13. i believe the allegations even claim he was aware of her age at the time too. said she gave him a handjob and that he complained she wasn't doing a very good job - which even if it's not true, you gotta admit they've painted a rather believable portrait of him. anyway, the dude that organized the party, an old buddy of Trump's, is a registered sex offender and pedophile. here's a quote from Trump when asked about his buddy in 2002:

She was a corporate lawyer assigned that case by a judge. She tried to get out of it but if a judge assigns you a case you basically cannot turn it down. So once you are stuck with a loser of a case you do have to see it through to the end.
How is a defense attorney supposed to ensure that her client gets a fair trial if she doesn't try to win? Do you think all defense attorneys should just roll over and let the prosecutors have a 100% conviction rate? I don't get your position at all.
