Do you use macports? I was surprised at how flakey the upgrade process for the port installations was. Transmission broke, mysql and apache configs got replaced (although backed up). Everything else seems fine and maybe brew is different.
Other than a few app crashes it seems OK but I'm not noticing much difference. The disk storahe inspector tool thing is very well designed. Maybe spotlight seems faster.

It works fine here. Don't install the 10.12.1 beta's though. They kernel panic when writing to non-Apple filesystems.
