The studies concluding this have been funded by, and subsequently covered up by Big Honey.
Big Honey is funding epidemiological and biological research that is designed to support claims that the health benefits of Manuka Honey poses little or no harm. Such studies are often published in scientific journals that have Big Honey industry representatives on their editorial boards. Unfavorable research results are suppressed in those same scientific journals.
Whistle blowers have been whacked by the Honey Mafia in unfortunate bee keeping accidents and suspicious swarms for years.
