Topic: I'm making Cheez-It Chicken, fora.

Catherine !TGirlYJKXM started this discussion 10 years ago #55,809

Ingredients
8 chicken tenders
3 cups of Cheez-It crackers, crushed.
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 melted butter

Of course, I had chicken fillets left over from when I made my chicken-bacon sandwiches, so I just cut them up into eight tenders.

The sour cream is to roll the tenders in so the crackers stick after you roll it in that.

Then you drizzle the melted butter on them.

It takes roughly 40 minutes to cook in a conventional oven.

Have you tried that fried chicken recipe yet?

I had sausage and egg noodles last night. I diced some sausage up, sprayed some oil on my frying pan and gently fried it. When it was browned, I add the egg noodles. I stirred it around and added a small amount of barbeque sauce and a few sprinkles of Chinese five spice. After everything was cooked thoroughly I added a sprinkle of onion salt and ate. It was delicious.

You should get the soy sauce in the small bottle with the red cap it costs slightly more than the cheapest but it's a lot stronger so you don't have to use much

He means he would've rather used that, but it's too expensive.
