I'm definitely not in therapy. I tried once and the lady made me nervous and I've not been diagnosed with anything mental but anxiety. Most of my issues come from hormonal and androgen changes.

Oh I have a general practitioner and a pain management doctor.I get my meds from them. I also have an endocrinologist, a orthopedist, a knee specialist, and a back specialist. They all send information back and forth constantly.
