US universities have them now because someone might dress like an injun on halloween or something and that would need addressing. It seems that the administration staff has greatly increased while the academic staff hasn't. That's what costs a lot of money is the admnistrating of the money or whatever. Now, apparently "official pussy inspector" is a fake job and the badges are fake so don't get fooled.

See, that's fake -- the clue is the phrase "metro vice". There's no jurisdiction that just puts "metro vice" on their badge. I still haven't found any authentic pussy inspector badges.
