In Inside Out (2015), when Joy and Sadness got back to headquarters they should have dropped all the old core memories into the memory hole, and make new ones dedicated to her new aspirations to become an astronaut (and take her to the moon, as Bing Bong requested Joy do before he was forgotten). This would have resulted in many new emotions appearing in HQ, and the last shot is of Riley getting her first period and zooming into the head, where puberty alarms are going off and all the emotions are in a mass brawl for control of the panel.
The after-credits scenes where other people's emotions resemble Rileys is replaced by a teasing glimpse into the world of Solipsism, because inside other people's heads are swirling clouds and abstract thought shapeforms, before cutting back to Riley's emotions at the panel watching it on a daydream ball from ImaginationLand. Fear says that he's not really sure if they're even alive. Cut to credits.

In the movie Watchmen (2009), Rorschach should have been disintegrated in the disintegrator instead of blown apart by Doctor Manhatten.
The final shot of the film would be a tease of him reassembling, like the doctor. But he's red instead of blue because he's the opposite of Manhatten.
