The company I used to work for and currently they are a client. There are 1000's of Muslims and years ago I asked about the commonality of them at prayer because when you walk down a hall and pass people on their prayer rugs (small rugs they keep in their offices) I noticed set times during the day. Its some fixed schedule they follow and is linked to astrology or something with the stars or planets or comets but apparently has nada to do with comet cleanser.

One of the coffee houses I regularly visit prides itself on only serving kosher and halal food and drink. One day some lady in a hijab runs up to ask me which way was east because it was prayer time. Being familiar with the area and an avid stargazer, I told her exactly which way east was and how she could find it in the future given the stars or via local landmarks. I thought that was amusing. That I was sipping a Four Loko and smoking a cigarette at the time really just added to the perfect storm of WTF that night.
