Why doesn't any Army make scary war sounds as it approaches the enemy any more? You watch Viking films and they're banging drums and singing ominously.
Why doesn't the military play scary screaming sounds with a loudspeaker before engaging the enemy? Afghanistan would have been successful because the Taliban would be so shit scared of the noise which would have made us seem more than human.
Yeah but people can rock out to that, ISIS could just get Hulk mad from the sick licks.

During the Vietnam war they played audio of Vietnamese ghosts talking to the soldiers. They were lamenting their deaths as being pointless and saying that they couldn't make it to the other side. I've heard some of it and it's very creepy.

That reminds me of a game, Oxenfree, it's a point and click and has Army ghosts. I think you would like it, it's probably better if you don't read too many reviews
