He's been deemed uninsurable by the US companies most of his life (for being very fat) but now he's got access through that exchange thing the government got going. He's on a new drug to try to slim down with at this point. His heart checks fine. He's thinking he'd like to have some kind of stomach surgery sooner or later.

Jorans family use to make the bulk of their income from touristy type homespun handicrafts. Knitting, carving wood, painting etc. In fact so did their whole prefecture. Once Pewdiepie became really popular, people didnt visit to see the beautiful stone fruit trees, or use Amazon to purchase Jam or traditional clothing. They only wanted Pewdiepie memorabilia, and it kind of bankrupted the place. Pewds had inadvertently become his areas largest export.
