Hello everyone. I have always considered myself a 100% heterosexual male, yet recently I have been having gay thoughts. Can you just wake up and become gay?

How do you know what sexual urges a guy felt almost 150 years ago in a time when openly talking or writing about such urges can - and indeed in his case, did - land you in jail?
