Henry Kissinger may be the most abundant source of the effect, and his whole fuckin vocal output is mostly fry. Recently, unctuous and annoying people told us that young ladies were adopting the way of speaking for some reason.

The causes: deterioration of the vocal cords from being elderly, smoking, staying up too late drinking and suckin dick
