This is one body dysmpphic, self-made disabled trans woman, who I had first encountered in the ward (which I'm now forever banned from being incarcerated in) earlier this year. I took the picture far away on purpose to prevent being conspicuous and her being too identifiable. I figured out she was a presurgical, and now probably postsurgical, trans woman, in one of my manifestos, by looking up the name of one of the surgeons she gave to a nurse and the pharmacological purpose of her betablocking medication.Looking passable and well. She is the one in the far top right corner drinking from a coffee cup who is wearing a green shirt.

Sorry, I forgot to explain the context.
She has been hanging around a lot lately (we've passed, unbekmownst to her, thrice this week alone) and I wonder if this is because she's being used to spy on me on somebody else's behalf. Ironically enough I go and commit the same thing...

I am one such beholden to the worst of eyes on this one.
