Sorry I do not have time to hold your hand tonight.
Take one aspirin and drink some warm milk and fap for a few minutes and try sleeping again.

if it's doable where you live, get tested for sleep apnea in case you are getting your health damaged
I had dream where I couldn't breath
doc didn't think I would have apnea just because I wasn't a fatso
but I read that you can have it anyway
these docs rely entirely on statistical probabilities but that's no assurance

You're not black, no matter how "street" you are. Thanks.

> Dreams where I literally cannot breathe terrify me.
Terror of dreams. Have you tried at least an hour of relaxation before you go to sleep. As well as keeping an agenda. A thoroughly planned evening and morning ritual will surely help you.

I recently had the experience of vomiting so hard that it closed my windpipe. That was fucking nuts. First you vomit, then you want to breathe but can't do anything but gasp desperately for air. Then the second wave of vomit comes up, and you want to breathe. But now you are just gasping vomit back down. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. For about a minute. All the while you are thinking you are about to die face down in a toilet.
I recently had a dream where I was visited by Thanatos and Nyx. (I'm a classics freak I guess) So I figured maybe this was my time.
It wasn't. I survived. Pretty interesting experience all around, but I see how choking/drowning/being suffocated/lost in space/deprived of oxygen/whatever can be ''really' traumatic. I see why you are afraid of it.
