His defense is kicking the shit out of an earlier judgement and the judge that gave it.

Basically it seems that the USA have been up to all sorts of underhanded tactics to screw with the extradition defense, and there is a clause in the extradition treaty to specifically stop this from happening.

I'm picking the fat man gets off because of USAmerican heavy handed bumbling incompetence
