CPComix used to post shitty old comics on scatchan. He wasn't allowed to post the CP he produced openly on the board, but his friend t04str and he alluded to swaps and such via PM. He claimed later to be trolling, and not distributing his pictures even though t04str posted screen shots of their messages.
Leo Vegas had their backs and was quick with mod edits and deletions though.

Actually, Larkin was pretty strict about that. Basically, all images of children were banned, regardless of whether they were drawn or photographic. We had some problems with a certain user posting scatological pictures and video links involving children, but it was easy enough to delete the material once it appeared.
