What to do to get it? I keep thinking i can cheat my way out of it, that maybe there is some knowledge that I just need to know. Or maybe like a private belief in a person utopia that I can get fully absorbed in and forgot my temptations.

But it's not working yet.

Or maybe i try to involve my libido into it. Self discipline is sexy. But then my libido goes away.
