I heard there were custom launchers that could disable GTA:Online and enable mods or vice versa. Is this true? I've yearning to check out these single player mods, but I am afraid that I'll either A) forget that mods are installed and log on to GTA:Online where I'd be banned or B) accidentally enable online mode while mods are installed and be banned.

Please tell me these custom launchers are true.
