Yes he is still very feral. The person who trapped him to begin with found out he hasn't been adopted and decided to take him to Vancouver to her place

It sounds like you had adopted him. Either way, I'm sure the amateur cat wrangler whisperer and trapper will have the kitty's best interest at heart.
