I bill people for my time when I help them solve problems. This is 95% of the time an automated system. I send in bill and in 10 days or the next day I see my bank account with credit from the company I billed.Three times now in two months I have been credited DOUBLE - Not at the same time - about 15 days goes by and then the exact amount of money shows up in my account.
First time this occurred I called and talked to HR and they made the correction. 2nd time the same - That was a three months ago.
For late June and all of July each time I call they say we will deduct from your bank account the double pay.
Did not happen - Called again did not happen called again - Same thing - I said hey guys if you really want me to keep the money just say.
Just got paper print out of my bank account - The last call to say you have over paid again - They paid me again which means they have paid 3X - Now instead of the double payment 15 days later its the very next day
Do I sit back and wait for their accounting dept to discover the error?
Got a quick Bar-B-Q to attend and be back in a couple3 hours for suggestions.
Also follow Metæ advice and change your car oil every 10 miles and your cooking oil every 10 months.
Remember to never EVER use fresh oil to fry potatoes - Only used oil is good for such and that is no joke

What would I do? Fist, I would stop making obvious references to Indy and Chinese sewers in literally every post I make. Then, I would kill myself.
