No. it's kind of stupid but it works for me. When ever I feel threatened, scared or ill... I take comfort in my memories of happier times like it's something untouchable, something that already happened which nobody can take away and in a sense it doesn't matter what horror i face because having lived that moment which I remembe, is a victory in itself.

It's really not... It's used by medical professionals as a treatment for pain.
Not that it works for everyone, nor is it a cure, but it can definitely help.

I just got off the phone with a terrific ex-gf. Her name is Dr. Susan and she was an OB-Glyn when I met her at UCLA and now she lives in New York doing breast cancer research.
Call was-is unrelated to you posting but I did a quick call back and asked her what she wood do if she were you. First thing she asked me was - Is the girl a high school grad and do you think she is able to use the web to research the side effects of the drugs?
So Tryptch - Just do exactly that. One drug at a time - Look for side effects carefully and LOOK for interactions with other drugs - You will find pages to read on each drug and be prepared to sit down and take the time.
Doc Susan is betting YOU will find enough information on your own to help solve your own problem. She also said to be sure to share what you have learned with your doctor when you go in for the appointment.
She no longer practices as an MD because of the complications of part time malpractice insurance. Its more complicated because she does work as MD as several hospitals using their insurance but outside of the hospital enviro she is careful to point out she is not allowed to practice medicine.
She did tell me all kinds of things you can do to help prevent throwing up but to say nothing until you have researched each drug you are taking - She said you might find suggestions in the many pages per drugs that recommend - Recommend is the key word.
For instance taking all of the drugs at the same time? One may work best on an empty stomach - Another is ill advised on an empty stomach and alone can cause problems even more severe than throwing up. She also does not want me calling her back with the list of what you are taking -

It is not smart to smoke weed while on medication. Thanks.

When sick, go see a doctor. Use the tools available to you to get the assistance necessary. Vomiting is more uncomfortable than making a phone call. That contact information is there for a reason. If the doctor is currently unavailable, there is always a second medical practitioner available during the absence of your primary doctor. Do not, wait 3 weeks.

Abilify is not approved for use in psychotic conditions related to dementia. Abilify may increase the risk of death in older adults with dementia-related conditions.
Given people on Net have diagnosed me as demented and what me 2die sooner than later - I dare not take it - Of course I may already be taking it cause how wood I no given IF I really am demented I woold maybe not remember taking it
Makes no cents I no and now to do a topic b4 I leave that is about Cents

Best.
The ability to buy medication is a necessary condition to recover. Do you still have insurance to go to a appointment with a medical doctor ?
The staff might provide you with the necessary information to obtain medication, as well as, they can assist you in your current situation. There is nothing wrong with a phone call to assess the situation.
Do not fear to call your doctor and establishing* a personal relationship, they have been trained to do so.
Furthermore, find a friend that can give you physical, moral and emotional care during your adjustment period.
Regard.

I've had a few times where I was throwing up every 1-2 hours for a few days in a row.
Stay hydrated. It's easy to forget how much water you're losing. If you have trouble keeping water down, one thing that helps is drinking it at room temperature. Taking little sips every 10 minutes or so is also a strategy that has worked in the past.

Psych meds never helped me make more sense of things, they just dampened and muddled what was already there, for me anyway, YMMV. You've run most of the gamut afaik, so if you consider going off meds whether due to personal choice or circumstance, taper ffs. Not all of the noise in our heads is madness, sometimes it's... everyday-ness that we romanticize as madness? Not trying to trivialize or diagnose, so don't take me wrong, I'm clearly not qualified for that, but maybe, maybe the problem in your head... is just in your head?
I feel like I shouldn't have to elaborate, but for the sake of it, sometimes psych meds do make things worse, this isn't fear-mongering, or anti-psych Scientology blithering, it's just matter of fact. Get a second or third opinion.

No, I get that. I was off meds entirely for half of last year and it was a bad time, so I've spent this entire year trying to find meds that don't muddle me/have much in side effects
I cut the tablets in half cause that's essentially my old dose and I'm better now

But how do yu no the ginger is the reason yu liked that version. Balsamic is unusually but I can see the gourmet element2it so other than that and ginger the ONLY THING WHICH WOOD B Important to all Mexicans and Me wood be the missing element that gives this mixture HEAT
Usually Jalepeno Chilies are diced and added for heat - They also add a bit of bitterness - I prefer this type of Jalepeno because just as with a Red vs Green bell pepper - Ripening takes away the bitterness which can be of some value in other dishes and the full ripe Red has sweetness

Yea the odd thing about Guacamole is that the basic recipe - Avocado Onions Chilies Diced Tomatoes salt pepper - Prepared by different people comes out a very different thing - The very worst was a recent prep by a 100% Veggy friend, who only accepts Raw foods - Cooking is in her opinion not good for you - New Masters degree as Library Sciences - it was runny and an odd yellow color. Weird taste -
Now how is it that not one person in this thread thought to ask you about throwing up as with perhaps a bun in the oven?
