The word "spiritual" is never really defined in the article, and the study they are citing is not available for the public to read yet, so it's hard to know exactly what they mean by the term "spiritual". The closest they come to a definition is "...[having] those big 'Why am I here?' questions...", and so by that very imprecise definition, I am spiritual. If the word "spiritual" is somehow associated with belief in supernatural phenomena, then I would say that I am not spiritual.

That doesn't fall into "supernatural". Organic molecules exist on other planets (not life, but what life is made of). Creating conditions similar to that of the early earth and waiting for several hours will create a very crude molecule that can create crude copies of itself. Throw in billions of planets, and hundreds of billions of years and it's not unlikely other life exists.
