The important thing, when coming off antidepressants, is NOT to think of yourself as a worthless speck of insignificant matter condemned to be born in pain, live in pain, and probably die in pain. Don't focus on that and you'll be fine.

Fun fact I have attempted suicide twice as many times after the pills started than before!

Also I smoke weed and had a seizure the other day which I worry was serotonin syndrome so I'm cutting down the tablets because I like weed better
