I've noticed my testicles don't hang like they used to, and especially now with it being summer, and warm, how I expect them to be. Not even in hot showers, though. They stay pretty constricted--not painfully so or anything, but noticeably taut. I was under the impression that the scrotum loosens as people get older though, and that doesn't seem to be the case. Could something be medically wrong? I don't have any odd lumps, and I've had a physical fairly recently and the doctor didn't say anything. Even if everything's fine medically, it's kind of a bummer aesthetically and sexually. Any advice?

Have noticed no change to how they hang. They go loose when its hot n not so much when its cold
Memories of once at Hedonism II with balls hanging loose in ocean a blue water of Jamaica with a gal who had just befriended my girlfriend. So its totally the nude beach and this new gal and I are standing in the Ocean at edge and tiny fish are thinking my ball sack is some kind of food for them and they are trying to peck away. She comments but I do not remember what she said - Me said to self well what does one say when its someone ya don't really know who is looking at your family Jewels being pecked away by whittle tiny fish~e~s
