Say tomorrow everyone currently in America gets teleported to Mexico, and everyone currently in Mexico gets teleported to America. This applies only to people and the clothes on their back — all dwellings, infrastructure, cars, factories, powerplants, etc stay where they are. People aren't allowed to re-cross the border for at least a couple of years.
