Only 2 of the 4 things you mentioned were correct. Technically 2 1/2 as you're correct about male skeletal structure, but biological females can also have male skeletal characteristics as do biological males having feminine ones. Also, hormones aren't set in stone, they can become unbalanced. HRT is more or less just balancing them to match that of a biological female. So in a sense, Sophie would be female according to hormones.
