I'm pretty sure it's him too, because although he's made an effort to add some mystery to his persona (subtle changes here and there to 'throw' people off), there are times when he breaks character and it's clearly him.
As for being coddled on TC, I know that On and, later on, Frank weren't keen on him but Fuckalms was always fiercely protective of him, and I don't get why Doc thinks that would change now. If anything Tinychan would be an even safer environment for him than before because Fuckalms is even more influential there now.

Maybe. But again, surely Doc knows that Fuckalms would look after him. There is no way Fuckalms would agree to moderate a board whose Admin was mean to the Doctor, and after so much time I'd have though Doc would know that and trust him more. It's just really weird how he's been spooked by it.
