Little wee clothing for a spider is very amusing. I would say that spiders have no idea about clothing though. As for what sort of mind the mind of a spider could be, and what it could experience and feel, we can only speculate. We can imagine that whatever motivates a spider to do an action could be associated with a good feeling. Maybe they are continuously in complete and total bliss.
Web-weaving spiders apparently have bigger brains, and smaller such spiders have to cram that brain into a little body:
"In some spiders, the central nervous system took up nearly 80 percent of the space in their bodies, sometimes even spilling into their legs."
