Roses and all flowers TOTALLYMy Mother has the most amazing Rose garden. Here in Cardiff by the Sea with often morning Fog - Lobelia growns like crazy and I have huge numbers of hanging pots outside but they do have to be shaded from full HEAT of sun. Also requires misters on during summer -
Love Roses but here they drive my gardener nuts because I am not willing to let them cut off the flowers nor cut them back until I decide its time and I want the plant to produce its very last flower
I also have pots of edible flowers - around here Rosemary grows everywhere as ground cover and has really nice tiny lavender flowers that are tasty with lamb dishes and Bar-B-Q meats of many
