Depart to Botswana Africa via Johannesburg Africa Wed - Had choice of Dutch KLM or Delta - KLM takes 30 minutes more and that ends up 22 hours 30 mins so Delta gets my business albeit I will miss the Wooden Shoes KLM wood of course provide for the flight.So like what did I miss?

Yea agree KLM is a great airline. Back when I worked directly for Qualcomm company policy was for all employees and that includes the lowly Technician to fly business class. As a consultant I bill for 1st class but IF and I mean IF I have time to book a flight my way I do book it 1st class but fly back in economy IF they will allow me to put the arm rests DOWN - and sleep horizontal and not wake me up for anything other than an emergency - No food no drink and let me sleep all the way - I can fall asleep b4 plane has taken off. A few airlines say one has to be awake in upright position from take off and you have to be that way on landing.
