Soon school will start again. What i don't like is that it feels exactly like I'm in 10th grade all over again where I continually turn down friendship because my main objective is to be unnoticed out of anxiety.
I imagine my anxiety like it's diarrhea and all i have to do is find the "toilet" but I can't find it, I can't find a place to shit and it's annoying.

Is that why you shit here?

What you must realize is that everyone feels like they have to liquid shit with no toilet inside. The trick is to become comfortable with shitting your pants.

I don't suffer from anxiety, but a friend I had did suffer from it. She said that one trick that worked for her was to assign yourself a small task that needed to be accomplished, and then do it. For her, that task was finding peanut butter. (Yes... We grew up in 'merica. Peanut butter is in everyone's cabinet over here, so it isn't a hard thing to find some peanut butter.) I remember crazy stuff used to happen, and she would say, "Hold on, I need to find some peanut butter."
The point being that setting a small task for yourself when you feel anxious will help you feel better once you accomplish said task. The anxiety gets linked to the task and then goes away when the task is done. That task could be washing the sink or polishing your shoes or whatever. It just needs to be something that can easily be accomplished to give you a sense that you have accomplished something. Again, I've never suffered from anxiety, but I hear such methods sometimes work.

Caveat: On reading my post, I've decided this may be a gateway to OCD. I may have to write an article on how comforting, familiar behaviors might play a role in repetitive thoughts...

I don't get anxious. (If anything I suffer from the opposite) But I do sometimes start breathing very intently with the purpose of calming myself. It's usually just when I feel nausea.

Breathe in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 6 until you feel calmer. Do the opposite when you get kinda sleepy.
