Stop eating sugar and processed fast food. Eat real, whole food that you cook at home: chicken, pork, or beef, with vegetables. Also, hummus is good for Diabetes.

As for HIV, do you have insurance? There are meds these days that allow HIV people to live perfectly normal, long lives, like everyone else. If you have good insurance, you can get them. If not, aren't you technically a Canadian citizen too? Get on that free healthcare, my man. You can get those meds up there.
