I started off working real early er well kinda - Bill some time and then hit my Ocean a Blue - Got my daily run started but 3 miles in my pager yep old fashioned pager went off and had to quick run and get some work done - Now its to warm with to much sun to do the run so its going to be Gym Treadmill - Indoors on a machine -

I R now going to really surprise a few cause I just told a room full of people at Q on a conference call I R headed out to the Gym. They will all expect to run in2 me and get some free no charge tyme but I GOT one nice surprise in store for them - 24 hour Fitness Gym which has its advantages n disadvantage cause I truly despise them trying to Gas this Ex Jew with Chlorine each time I enter the locker room along side the pool - Damn I should go out and buy a Gas mask to make a statement
