could not breath normally because this nite of having severe needle stinging pains in the lower back spreading trough the abdomen. My paravertebrae are touched. With certain movements in the bed, I feel the whole of my body is perched and pierced by a sword. made a great painful cry out of agony after moving all night .. got out bed and am now drinking my third coffee + looking at some videos of people that force me to open my eyes and that make me feel normal again.
