OK, but why would you pursue legal action? Wouldn't the other person pursue legal action? Also, how would they even know who to sue? What if the video is just everywhere and going around torrents and things and there's not a clear publisher?

If I wanted too, I could drop on over at any one of many gals house and place a tiny cam in bedroom. A few extra minutes and one can power it up off of ac so it goes on and on forever. Many a landlord have installed cams and many cases have gone to court. The person recored only finds out after the fact.
